THE REGULATIONS
of "Minsk triathlon 2021"
The competition Minsk triathlon - 2021 (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition") is the official sport event listed in the Republican Calendar of Sports events in the year 2021.
The aims and purposes of the Competition
1.1. The Competition is the held with the aim of the promotion a healthy lifestyle and the involvement various groups of the citizens into physical activities and sport.

1.2. Purposes:
The development and strengthening of sport relations between organizations and countries;
The development and popularization of mass sport among people, as well as the improvement of sport skills of the professional sportsmen and triathlon amateurs.
Supervision and organization of the Competition
2.1. General supervision and organization of the Race is carried out by the Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as Organizers), including representatives of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, Sport and Tourism Department of Minsk Executive Committee, Sport and Tourism Department of Minsk Regional Executive Committee, Belarusian Cycling Federation, LLC Cycling Club Minsk.
The direct and main organization of the Competition is entrusted to the NGO Tristyle Triathlon Club from Minsk, LLC Tristyle Company.
Date and place of the Competition
3.1. The Competition is held on June, 25-26, 2021. The start of the Competition (swim course) is planned at the Base of the Belarusian sailing Federation (Minsk region, Minsk district, in the vicinity of Zarechie village). The cycling course is carried out along the road H9036, Pobediteli Avenue (Victory Avenue). Running course is held along the cycling lane and park lanes in the Pobediteli Park (Victory Park). The details of the routes will be displayed on the Competition website not later than 25.06.2021. The finish line is at Sports Palace.
The participants of the Competition
4.1. The Competition will be held in 5 formats:

- main distances:
The distance 1/2 Ironman (1900 m swimming + 90 km bicycle race + 21 km running);
The distance 1/4 Ironman (950 m swimming + 45 km bicycle race + 10,5 km bicycle race);
The distance 1/8 Ironman (475 m swimming + 22,5 km bicycle race + 5,25 km bicycle race);

- corporate / team relay
The distance 1/2 Ironman;
The distance 1/8 Ironman;

- women's race Minsk Lady run:
The distance 3000 m (running);

- children race TriKids:
The distance 800 m (running).
4.2. The participation in the competition for distances 1/2 и 1/4 Ironman is open to anyone at the age of 18 and older.

4.3. The participation in the competition for distances 1/8 Ironman is open to anyone at the age of 14 and older.

4.4. The participation in the running race Minsk Lady run (3000m) is for women only of different age able to pass the distance.

4.5. The participation in the running race TriKids (800 m) is open for the children under the age of 13.

4.6. The age of the participants is determined at the date of 31/12/2021.

4.7. By taking part in the Competition, the participant confirms that he or she has medical examination on a regular basis, does not have any medical or other restrictions that may jeopardize or limit his or her participation in the Competition, including no contraindications to prolonged physical exertion and his or her health condition allows him or her to participate in the Competition, as well he or she assumes all the risks and negative consequences associated with the violation of this condition.

4.8. As for the minors, all the risks associated with the violation of the conditions listed in paragraph 4.7 are taken over by their parents or their legal representatives.

4.9. The total limit of the participants of all the distances is 2000 people.
Registration
5.1. Online-registration of the participants of the Competition will be open on the website 42195.by from 12:00 pm 04/01/2021 until 18:00 pm, 24/06/2021.

5.1.1. At the registration the participant is obliged to indicate personal data in accordance to his passport or identity card.

5.1.2. The participant is considered to be registered only when he or she has filled out the registration form and has paid the registration fee.

5.1.3. The registration is cancelled if the participant indicates false or incomplete information. The registration fee is not returned in case of the registration cancellation.

5.2. The additional registration of the participants of the Competition will be held during the issuance of start packages on June 25, 2021.

5.3. Registration fee is not refundable in case of the cancellation of the participation.
Change of distance / Re-registration for another participant
6.1. Already paid registration for one distance can be changed to another distance only before the closure of the online registration on June 24, 2021, on a space-available basis. To change the distance, it is necessary to send an application to the e-mail address 42195@gmail.com.

6.2. It is not possible to change the distance after the ending of online registration and on the day of issuing the participant's start packages.

6.3. The registered participant may re-register his or her participation to a third party who earlier did not register to the Competition, only until June 24, 2021.

6.3.1. To re-register the registration, the registered participant must fill out the application form and send it to the address: 42195.by@gmail.com.
Admission to the Competition. Age groups
7.1. The participant is allowed to take part in the Competition and receive the starting package only in case of personal submitting the necessary documents, i. e.:

- original identity card/passport;

- original medical certificate that contains the stamp of the medical institution, doctor's signature and the stamp, the date of issue (not later than April, 01, 2021), participant's full name and the conclusion that the participant is admitted to the Competition (or has no contra-indications for the participation in triathlon competitions), or for the participants over 18 years old, it is necessary to have the original and signed declaration of their own personal responsibility for their health during the Competition.

- foreign participants provide their health certificates in English;

- the participants under 18 provide the original consent from their parents stating that the parents allow their child to participate in the Competition. The example of the allowance is available under the following link.

7.2. The medical certificate, provided to the Committee is not refundable. A copy of the medical certificate is accepted by the commission only upon the presentation of the original.

7.3. In case of the absence of a medical certificate, the participants under 18 are not allowed to take part in the Competition and to get a starting number and a starting package as well.
7.5. Group classification will be conducted in the following groups: men, women, mixed, family.

7.5.1. Relay teams are formed from the number of those wishing. The age of the participants is not less than 14 (for the distance 1/8 Ironman) and not less than 18 (for the distance 1/2 Ironman);

7.6. Depending on the number of registered participants, the Organizers have the right to establish additional groups or a combination of existing ones.

7.7. The costs of awards are covered by the organizing committee of the Competition, sponsors and partners.
7.4. Personal classification will be conducted in the following groups:

Men Open M (men 18 y. o. and older);

Women Open W (women 18 y. o. and older);

Y 18 (juniors: boys and girls 14-18 y. o.);

M 18-24 (men from 18-24 y. o.);

М 25-34 (men from 25-34 y. o.);

М 35-44 (men from 35 to 44 y. o.);

М 45-54 (men from 45 to 54 y. o,);

М 55+ (men from 55 and older);

W 18-24 (women from 18 to 24 y. o.);

W 25-34 (women from 25 to 34 y. o.);

W 35-44 (women from 35 to 44 y. o.);

W 45-54 (women from 45 to 54 y. o.);

W 55+ (women from 55 and older).

Women Absolute (running) 3000 m;
Registration Fee
8.1. The participation in the Competition is not free. The collected funds will be used to cover organizational expenses and for the formation of a prize fund for the Competition winners. The organizing committee of the Race is responsible for collecting the funds and covering Race spending.
8.2. The registration fee for the distance 1/2 Ironman is:

- till 01/03/2021 — 160 rubles;

- till 01/05/2021 — 180 rubles;

- till 13/06/2021 — 200 rubles;

- from 14/06 till 25/06/2021 — 220 rubles.

8.3. The registration fee for the distance 1/4 Ironman is:

- till 01/03/2021 — 80 rubles;

- till 01/05/2021 — 90 rubles

- till 13/06/2021 — 100 rubles;

- from 14/06 till 25/06/2021 — 120 rubles.

8.4. The registration fee for the distance 1/8 Ironman is:

- till 01/03/2021 — 60 rubles;

- till 01/05/2021 — 70 rubles;

- till 13/06/2021 — 80 rubles;

- from 14/06 till 25/06/2021 — 100 rubles;

8.5. Registration fee (for the whole team) for participation in corporate relay at a distance 1/2 Ironman is:

- till 01/05/2021 — 210 rubles;

- till 13/06/2021 — 240 rubles;

- from 14/06 till 25/06/2021 — 270 rubles.

8.6. Registration fee (for the whole team) for the participation in corporate relay at a distance 1/8 Ironman is:

- till 01/05/2021 — 120 rubles;

- till 13/06/2021 — 150 rubles;

- from 14/06 till 25/06/2021 — 180 rubles.

8.7. Registration fee for women participation at a distance 3000 m (running) is 20 rubles;

8.8. Registration fee for children participation at a distance 800 m TriKids is 10 rubles;

8.9. Disabled people of all groups are allowed to participate in the Race free of charge

8.10. Payment of the registration fee by electronic payment is carried out on the site 42195.by.

8.11. Payment of the registration fee means that the participant is guaranteed: electronic timing; cap for swimming stage; food and water at a distance and after the finish; finisher's t-shirt; medal of the finisher; massage after the end of the Competition.
General Competition Rules
9.1 The set of Competition rules, presented below is intended to familiarize the participants with the rules governing the Competition, with the purpose of keeping them safe and ensuring fair refereeing.

9.2. When registering for the Competition, the participant accepts the regulations and rules set out in this document. Observance and acceptance of these rules is the basic requirement for participation in the Competition. If the rules specified in this document contradict some of the rules of holding other ITU triathlon competitions, then the rules specified in this document are given priority. The main rules specified in this document will also be announced at the pre-launch briefing.

9.3. The main principles of the Competition are fairness and compliance with the rules. Athletes are prohibited from gaining an advantage over other athletes in violation of the rules. Athletes can not hinder or threaten other competitors, or interfere with the work of the Organizers of the Competition. Athletes should be polite towards other athletes, volunteers, judges and health professionals. Athletes are required to comply with traffic rules and follow the instructions of the Organizers, judges and medical personnel. Athletes should show respect for the environment and avoid littering and contamination.

9.4. Any participant who poses a danger to other participants may be removed from the Competition by the decision of the Main Judge.

9.5. The use of doping is prohibited.

9.6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules and regulations regarding the conduct of the Competition at any time. If changes are accepted, this will be announced on the official website of the Competition – this will be an official notification.
Ensuring the safety conditions
10.1. The organizer together with the traffic police in the Minsk region provides closure and regulation of the traffic, as well as the control over the correct movement of vehicles in the designated sections of the roads, to ensure the safety for all Competition participants during bicycle and running stages of the competition. In case of unforeseen or force majeure circumstances, alternative types of security for participants at a distance will be adopted.

10.2. Each athlete is responsible for the condition and technical safety of his sports equipment and must ensure that when using it other athletes, volunteers and spectators will not be exposed to any danger.

10.3. If the equipment that belongs to an athlete does not meet the safety requirements, the athlete is not allowed to compete. It will be necessary for him to eliminate this discrepancy before the start of the Competition in the transition zone.

10.4. It is prohibited to use technical devices during the competition, which in any case can be described as "means of communication and entertainment." These include mobile phones, communicators, pagers, mp3 players, camcorders, etc. Failure to do so may result in the disqualification of the athlete.

10.5. The Competition Organizing Committee and distance referees have the right to remove the athlete from the Competition, having enough proves that the further participation in the Competition will cause permanent affect their health.

10.6. Providing of medical assistance to participants of the Competition is entrusted to the Organizing Committee.

10.7. Participants will be accompanied by escort boats. In case of an unforeseen situation (cramp, choking, general deterioration of condition), the participant should stop, wave his hand over his head and using his voice draw the attention of the nearest escort boat.

10.8. The entering an escort boat does not lead to a participant's automatic disqualification. It is possible to rest, regain strength in the boat and continue to participate, if the judges in the boat decide that further swimming will not harm his health.
Rules related to distances
11.1. There are two variants of the participation of athletes in the Competition: (1) personal; (2) group (relay race). In the case of personal participation, each athlete independently overcomes the entire triathlon distance. In the case of group participation, three athletes subsequently overcome each stage of the Competition.

11.2. The transfer of the relay after swimming is performed in a special zone before the entrance to the transition zone. The participant, who took the relay (electronic chip) from the previous member of the relay, puts it on immediately, still before the transition zone. Before crossing the timing line, the chip must be fixed on the participant's left foot for reading.

11.3. The participants of the teams performing at the bicycle stage should expect the transfer of the relay in a special zone before the entrance to the transition zone from the side of the swimming stage. At the same time they should not be wearing a helmet. The participant who performed at the swimming stage passes the chip to the participant of the bicycle stage who must put it on his left leg before entering the transition zone, so that the chip can be read when crossing the time line. The participant of the bicycle stage enters the transition zone, runs up to the bicycle rack, puts on the helmet and leaves the transition zone in line with the traffic plan.

11.4. The participants of the teams performing at the running stage should wait for the participants of the bicycle stage in a special zone from the side of the start of the bicycle stage. Participants of the bicycle stage in their return must enter the transition zone, place the bicycle on the rack, leave the bicycle helmet there and exit the transition zone, so that the chip is read when crossing the time line. The participant of the bicycle stage must remove and transfer the chip to the participant of the running stage who is waiting for him outside the entrance to the transition zone outside the transition zone in a special area. The participant of the running stage immediately puts on the chip on his left foot and goes to the running route.

11.5. The swimming phase takes place in the water area called the Zaslavsky Reservoir (the Minsk Sea). The scheme of the swimming stage is available on the official website of the Competition http://minsktriathlon.by/sxemy/en.

11.6. Swimming caps are provided by the Organizers. They must be worn before the start of the swimming stage. Use of other swimming caps, as well as swimming without a cap – is prohibited.

11.7. Personal belongings of the participant are added to the Deposit package, which can be delivered to the storage room next to the Race Area. When the package is delivered to the storage room, it must be marked with a special sticker with the participant number from the launch kit.

11.8. It is prohibited to put on the participant's number for the swimming stage. It is designed for cycling and running.

11.9. To start all the participants should be in the water.

11.10. The water temperature at this time of the year can range from +20°C to +25°C. The use of wetsuits is allowed at temperatures up to +24 °C. At temperatures above + 24°С, wetsuits are prohibited.

11.11. Participants can overcome the distance using any convenient style of swimming. It is forbidden to use any improvised means that facilitate swimming (fins, armlets, gloves, etc.).

11.12. In case of impossibility of carrying out the swimming stage due to the occurrence of force majeure circumstances (flood, wind speed over 15 m / s, contamination of water by substances hazardous for the health of athletes, etc.), the Race will be held in the format: Running stage 5 km – Bicycle stage 45 km – Running stage 10.5 km; "Running stage 2.5 km – Bicycle stage 22.5 km – Running stage 5.25 km . In this case, the participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Competition, but the paid entry fee will not be returned.

11.13. After the end of the swimming phase, all accessories used in it (wetsuit, glasses, hat, etc.) should be placed in Bike bags in a specially designated area.

11.14. The bicycle stage is carried out along the road H9036, Pobiediteli Avenue. The scheme of the cycle stage is available at http://minsktriathlon.by/sxemy/en. Responsibility for the knowledge of the route of the race lies solely on the participant. In the event that a participant does not follow the race route, he may be disqualified.

11.15. The route of the cycle is even, without a difference in altitude. The entire distance is covered with asphalt.

11.15.1. Participants can overcome the cycle stage only on a bicycle of a traditional design, driven only by the muscular strength of a person's legs (using mopeds and mokiks is strictly prohibited). The use of road bikes is recommended; road and MTB are also allowed for the distances 1/4 and 1/8 Ironman.

11.16. At the bicycle stage, the athlete must always drive his bicycle with other bicycle users. In the event of a bicycle crash, one can continue the race by running or walking, but only holding the bicycle and if not interfering with the movement of other athletes.

11.17. Specific technical requirements for the bicycle:

11.17.1. The front wheel must have spokes, use of discs ("full wheels") on front wheels is forbidden. For the rear wheel, discs are allowed; the rear wheel can be either with spokes or with a disc;

11.17.2. It is forbidden to use any mechanisms that enhance or artificially support the rotation of the wheel;

11.17.3. It is forbidden to fix any mirrors on a bicycle or helmet;

11.17.4. The length of the bicycle cannot exceed two meters, and the width – 75 centimeters;

11.17.5. On each wheel there must be at least one working brake.

11.17.6. The use of any non-standard equipment on a bicycle must be explicitly authorized by the judges.

11.18. Throughout the entire bicycle phase, participants must be in a bicycle helmet. The bike helmet strap must be fastened tightly under the chin. It is allowed to remove the bike helmet only at the end of the bicycle stage in the transition zone and only after the bicycle is installed in the bicycle rack.

11.19. Drafting (riding in the slipstream close behind someone's rear wheel) is prohibited. The distance between the athletes must be at least two meters to the right and left, and at least twelve meters forward and backward. In the event of overtaking, the athlete is given 25 seconds, during this time the distances may be less. In case of violation, a yellow card will be given. The athlete who is overtaken can't be in the drafting zone (2m – 12m) for more than 20 seconds. If necessary, he should slow down to exit the drafting zone.

11.20. To make a double overtaking (that is, overtaking a participant who is currently overtaking) is prohibited.

11.21. It is forbidden to overtake on the right.

1.22. At the bicycle stage, the competitor's number should be located on the rear to be visible to the judges and volunteers. It is recommended to use special race belts.

11.23. The number sticker should be placed on the bicycle frame on the left side and be visible to the judges and volunteers.

11.24. The number sticker on the helmet should be placed on the front of the helmet and be visible to the judges and volunteers.

11.25. It is forbidden to ride a bicycle with a bare torso.

11.26. In the event of a breakdown, participants must repair their bicycles using their spare parts. Help from spectators, trainers is carried out only in special technical zones located near food point areas.

11.27. Assistance from other participants is allowed.

11.28. It is forbidden to use escort vehicles, as well as receiving assistance from them.

11.29. After the completion of the cycle stage, the athlete must put all the things that were used at the bicycle stage into the RUN bag and leave it in the transition area in a specially designated place.

11.30. The running route is located at the bicycle lane and park lane (Pobediteli) The route of the running stage can be found at http://minsktriathlon.by;

11.31. The running route is hard-surfaced (asphalt, flagstone);

11.32. The surface of the running route is even with small terrain elevation

11.33. Along the running route, there will be a food serving point;

11.34. The athlete can overcome the running stage running or walking. It is forbidden to use any motor vehicles (rollers, bicycles, scooters, etc.);

11.35. At the running stage, the competitor's number must be placed in front to be visible to the judges and volunteers. It is recommended to use special belt belts;

11.36. It is forbidden to participate in the running stage with a bare torso;

11.37. Consuming athlete's own food is allowed only in the food serving area;

11.38. Help (including giving food to athletes) from the audience is forbidden. Assistance from other competitors is allowed;

11.39. Friends, family members and other spectators are prohibited from crossing the finish line or entering the finish corridor with the competitor. The consequence of violation of this rule is disqualification.

11.40. The Competition provides a control time, which is considered for the swimming and bicycle stages at the time of exit from the transition zone to the next stage: the swimming phase must be completed no later than:

for the distance 1/2 Ironman (1900 m swimming) not later than 60 min after the start;

for the distance 1/4 «Ironman» (950 m swimming) not later than
40 min after the start;

for the distance 1/8 «Ironman» (475 m swimming) not later than,
20 min after the start.

The bicycle stage must be completed no later than:

for the distance 1/2 «Ironman» (90 км cycling) not later than 4 hours 30 min after the start;

for the distance 1/4 «Ironman» (45 км cycling) not later 2 hours 45 min after the start;

for the distance 1/8 «Ironman» (22,5 км cycling) not later than 1 hour 30 min after the start.

The running stage must be completed no later than:

for the distance 1/2 «Ironman» (21 км running) not later than 7 часов after the start;

for the distance 1/4 «Ironman» (10,5 км running) not later than 4 часа after the start;

for the distance 1/8 «Ironman» (5,25 км running) not later than 2 час 30 min after the start.

11.41. In case the participant does not keep within the time limit, he/she withdraws from the Competition for safety requirements due to the fact that the Organizers cannot provide security after the reopening of the public traffic on the route of the Competition.
Transition zone
12.1. Entrance to the transition zone is allowed only for participants with bracelets. The bracelets are put on by all participants when receiving the starting sets and must be worn on their hand until the end of the Competition.

12.2. Only athletes who left their bicycles in the transition zone, volunteers and Organizers can stay in the transition zone. Trainers, relatives and spectators cannot stay there.

12.3. Traffic within the transition zone is strictly defined. When moving it is necessary to follow the transition zone scheme, painted signs and instructions of volunteers.

12.4. The entrance and exit from the transition zone are separated.

12.5. All of the athlete's belongings must be put in special bags: Deposit – a bag for things that were worn by the athlete before the start and / or may be needed after the finish;

Bike - a bag for things that are necessary at the bicycle stage, things are put in this bag after the swimming stage (wetsuit, cap, glasses);

Run – a bag for things that are needed in the running phase, things are placed in this bag after the bicycle stage.

All bags with things should be placed on special stands strictly in accordance with the number. The marking of bags in any way other than that provided by the organizers of a sticker with a number is strictly prohibited. Athletes must collect and put things themselves in bags.

12.6. Changing of clothes must take place in specially designated areas for dressing.

12.7. After changing, all things from the previous stage should be put in a bag, which should be placed in a specially designated area. Failure to comply with this rule is subjected to a fine.

12.8. It is allowed to have bicycle shoes (if attached to pedals) on the bike and a helmet. However, in the event of possible unfavorable weather conditions (strong wind, rain, etc.), Organizers can introduce a requirement for placing bicycle shoes and a helmet exclusively in a SWIM bag.

12.9. The bicycle is located on the bicycle rack strictly in the place designated by the participant number. The bicycle should be hung with the saddle.

12.10. After passing the swimming stage, athletes must find their own bicycle in the transition area and remove it from the bicycle rack.

12.11. Riding a bicycle within the transition zone is prohibited, athletes can only move walking or running alongside the bicycle. Athletes can get on a bicycle only outside the transition zone. The place of start is marked with a line on the ground, next to it there will be a volunteer to inform about the end of the transition zone.

12.12. Similarly, riding a bicycle in the transition zone is prohibited. Before entering, you need to get off the bike and go into transition zone wheeling the bicycle next to you.

12.13. After passing the bicycle finish line, the bicycle must be placed in the transition zone on the bicycle rack from which it was earlier taken.

12.14. During the race two transition zones will be set up: T1 Base of the Belarussian Sailing Sport and T2 Area of the Dvorets Sporta (Sports Palace).
Timing
13.1 The system of electronic timing is used during the Competition. Before the start each participant needs to collect his personal electronic chip which will be issued during the registration.

13.2. The participant is responsible for the issued chip and must take it to the competitions after receiving it.

13.3. The chip must be fixed in the lower part of the left leg with an elastic band (provided by the Organizers) and not removed during the entire Competition.

13.4. In case of chip loss, the participant must immediately notify the Organizers of the Competition. Further participation of the athlete is possible only upon the positive decision of the members of the organizing committee. In this case, the participant will be obliged to compensate the Organizers for the cost of the lost chip in the amount of 80 rubles.

13.5. At the entrance to the transition zone or when leaving the Competition participants are obliged to return the chip to the Organizers.

13.6. To further control the progress of the participants of the Race, it is possible to use other methods of timing.
Penalties
14.1. In case of non-observance by the participants of the above rules of the Competition, participants are fined.

14.2. The numbers of the participants who received a penalty are submitted by the judges to a special zone (Penalty box), which is located in the area of the running stage. The numbers of participants who received a fine are listed on a special board in the Penalty box.

14.3. The participant himself is responsible for indicating his penalty time in the Penalty box. A participant can stop at the Penalty box during any round of the running stage. After the participant spends the penalty time in Penalty box, his number is removed by the Organizers from the list of penalty numbers published on the special board.

14.4. In case the athlete does not spend his penalty time in the penalty box, he is disqualified.

14.5. The system of penalties in the competitions is as follows:

an oral warning does not result in any punishment, it serves only to correct the actions of athletes with minor violations;

the first violation (yellow card) – stop for:
20 seconds for the 1/8 Ironman Distance and
1 minute for the 1/4 Ironman Distance;
2 minutes for the 1/2 Ironman distance.

the second violation (yellow card) – stop for:
1 minute for the 1/8 Ironman Distance and
2 minute for the 1/4 Ironman Distance;
5 minutes for the 1/2 Ironman Distance.

the third violation (yellow card) – disqualification;

major violation of the rules (red card) – an instant disqualification.

14.6. The levels of severity of the fines in each competition are as follows:

14.6.1. Swimming stage:
fine (yellow card): false start, cutting off the distance, do not swimming beyond the buoys (depending on the scale of the violation – yellow or red card), not using the swimming cap, wearing the starting number under the wetsuit;
fine (red card): use of prohibited improvised means facilitating swimming (flippers, armlets, gloves, etc.), deliberate rudeness towards the other athletes, spectators, volunteers, judges, ignoring the demands of the judges.

14.6.2. Bicycle stage:
fine (yellow card): violating the rules on the prohibition of drafting, riding a bicycle with a bare torso, using a phone, player, navigator, headphones, throwing litter outside the food serving areas;

14.6.3. Running phase:
fine (yellow card): use of the phone, player, navigator, headphones, participating in the running stage with a bare torso, using technical or other assistance not approved by the Organizers;
fine (red card): deliberate cutting off the distance, ignoring the demands of the judges, deliberate rudeness towards other athletes, spectators, volunteers, judges.

14.6.4. Transition zone:
penalty (1 minute in the Penalty box): full nudity, riding the bicycle in the transition zone;

Appeal
15.1. The participant has the right to appeal to the organizing committee in case the disagreement with the results of the Competition, penalties imposed on him, disqualification, actions of judges and for other reasons,

15.2. The appeal shall be submitted in a writing form together with a cash payment (appeal fee) of 100 (one hundred) rubles no later than one hour after the announcement of the results.

15.3. Appeal commission consisting of a representative of the organizing committee, the chief judge and the technical delegate of the Competitions, examines the appeal of the athlete.

15.4. If it is possible to issue a prompt decision, the appeal commission satisfies or does not satisfy the athlete's appeal and closes the Competition.

15.5. If it is not possible to issue a prompt decision, the appeal committee will consider the appeal within three days after the end of the Competition. At this time the consideration of additional documents for the decision-making on the appeal is possible.

15.6. Official results are posted on the official website of the Competition. The official results of the Competition are final and can't be disputed.

15.7. The Organizing Committee reserves the right not to react to remarks and appeals from the athletes in the event that they are expressed in an inappropriate or insulting way.

15.8. In case of satisfaction of appeal claims, the appeal fee is returned in fully.
Rewarding
16.1 The participants in the following categories are awarded with prizes from the Organizers, sponsors and partners:
Men taken 1-5 places in the absolute classification at the distance 1/2 Ironman;

Women taken 1-5 places in the absolute classification at the distance 1/2 Ironman;

Men taken 1-3 places in the absolute classification at the distances 1/4 Ironman and 1/8 Ironman;

Women taken 1-3 places in the absolute classification at the distances
1/4 Ironman и 1/8 Ironman;

Men, taken 1-3 places in their age categories;

Women, taken 1-3 places in their age categories;

Men's teams, ranked 1-3 places;

Women's teams ranked 1-3 places;

Mixed teams taken 1-3 places;

Family teams taken 1-3 places;

Women, taken 1-3 places in the absolute classification in running, the distance 3000 m.

16.2 The participants that have been awarded in the absolute classification or the age classification are not awarded.

All the participants completed the distance are awarded with the finishers' medals and finisher' T-shirts.


This provision is the official invitation to the Competition.
